2026 2nd International Conference on Energy Technology and Electrical Engineering Concludes Successfully in Shenyang
The 2026 2nd International Conference on Energy Technology and Electrical Engineering (ETEE 2026) was successfully held in Shenyang, Liaoning, from August 14 to 16, 2026. The conference was hosted by Shenyang Institute of Engineering, organized by its School of New Energy and the School of Specialized and Sophisticated Industries, and co-organized by Dalian University of Technology.

The conference officially commenced with an opening ceremony on the morning of August 15. Prof. Qingzhong Gao, Dean of the School of New Energy at Shenyang Institute of Engineering, delivered the opening address, in which he emphasized that the value of academic exchange lies not only in the dissemination of research findings, but also in the collision of ideas and the fostering of collaborative innovation. He further expressed his hope that the conference would serve as a catalyst for scholars to jointly advance academic progress and innovative development in the fields of energy technology and electrical engineering. The academic program was chaired by Prof. He Jiang, Associate Dean of the School of New Energy at Shenyang Institute of Engineering.

Opening Remarks
During the conference, four distinguished scholars delivered keynote presentations, sharing their latest research findings and unique perspectives. Prof. Rui Wang and Prof. Xinrui Liu, both from Northeastern University, addressedStability Analysis and Stabilizing Control of Integrated Energy Systems, as well asCoordinated Optimization Methods for Power–Transportation Interconnection System, respectively. Prof. Bonan Huang, also from Northeastern University, discussedSecurity Challenges and Countermeasures for Cyber-Physical Coupling in New-type Power Systems. Prof. Jia Cui from Shenyang University of Technology presented onMulti-Dimensional Data Features Driven Power Load Perception Model and Source–Load Co-Forecasting.

Keynote Presentations
The conference also featured dedicated sessions for young scholars' presentations and poster displays, with participants from Northeast Electric Power University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Jimei University sharing their research advancements in energy technology and electrical engineering, demonstrating the vitality and potential of emerging researchers in the field.
Closely aligned with the global energy transition and the pursuit of sustainable development, the conference centered on the latest frontiers in energy technology and electrical engineering, establishing an effective platform for academic exchange. Participants engaged in active discussion and in-depth deliberation, collectively contributing scholarly insights toward the development of low-carbon and green energy systems.
